Description
The holiday house Irena is located in a picturesque place named Starigrad Paklenica, where the mountains meet the sea. The building consists of 2 separate apartments and is situated very close to the beach.
Apartment A1 is located on the ground floor, has 2 bedrooms and is suitable for up to 6 people.
This 120m2 apartment consists of a spacious air-conditioned living room with a fully equipped kitchen (except for the dishwasher) and dining area, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom with a shower.
The living room has a sofa bed with an additional place for sleep for 2 people and a direct exit to a covered balcony with a set of garden furniture that offers a view of nearby green camping.
Each bedroom has one double bed, and is cooled by a shared air conditioning unit located in the living room .

From the aforementioned balcony, you can go down the stairs to a private patio, accessible only to guests of the apartment. In this cozy place, there is a barbecue, a place to prepare meals with a sink, a dining table, a shading blind and an open shower. The patio is paved with stone and the tall pine trees growing behind the fence delight the eyes with their greenery.
Guests have a private parking space in front of the house.
Important information!
At the request of guests, an additional double bedroom (double bed) located in the basement of the house is available. Access to the bedroom is via the main staircase. The room has small windows, no air conditioning or private bathroom. Guests sleeping here use the bathroom in apartment A1.
A rental of an extra bedroom must be reported at the time of booking and an additional fee applies!

BEACHES
The nearest beach is only 70 meters down the dead end street from the property. The coast is mostly made of large concrete platforms. Access to the sea via low steps or a ladder. One section of the beach is covered with fine gravel and here you can descend to the water on a gentle slope. The beach is surrounded by greenery, and the tall trees of the nearby campsite provide natural shade. The water gradually becomes deep.
There is a seasonal restaurant on the campsite, accessible from the beach.
NEAREST RESTAURANTS, CAFE BARS AND GROCERIES
The nearest restaurant and cafe bar is about 300m and a grocery 600m away. Most gastronomic points and other services are located in the centre of Starigrad Paklenica which is about 1 km far from the apartment.

To reach our property, exit the A1 highway at the Rovanjska exit and head for Starigrad Paklenica.
