Description
A newly built elegant house located close to the beach in Biograd na Moru consists of three comfortable apartments. Its optimal location allows you peaceful relaxation as well as easy access to summer attractions in the nearby camp and different services in the centre of the village.
Apartment A1 is located on the ground floor, it has 1 bedroom and it is suitable for up to 4 people.
The 50 m2 of its internal space is divided into two levels.
The entrance to the apartment is from the common staircase to which several stairs lead from the parking lot in front of the house.
On this high-ground floor, two rooms are located: one air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed and one bathroom with a shower.
A few stairs lead down to an air-conditioned living room equipped with a sofa bed with a sleeping place for 2 people. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, a bar table and a dining table with chairs.
This daily part of the apartment has large glazed balcony doors that open to the private garden (130m2). The exterior is beautifully designed and consists of different relaxation zones.
In the garden at guests' disposal, there is a dining table with chairs, wooden sun loungers, a sun umbrella, a set of garden lounge furniture, a hanging swing, a trampoline for children and a barbeque.
The outdoor space is fenced and surrounded by green vegetation.
The apartment offers comfort and privacy and at the same time is located close to a charming town with a complete offer of various services, so you can perfectly combine relaxation and rest with active leisure.

BEACHES
Pebble beaches with a gentle descent to the sea stretch along the entire coast of Biograd. The nearest beach like this is 300m from the apartment. It is located at the end of the city so it is less crowded and closer to the wild nature.
The other well-known beaches that offer summer attractions on the water are also within walking distance:
Soline Beach - 1km- the main beach of the Soline campsite. A large bay with shallow, warm water and a gentle descent into the sea. The coastline and the bottom of the sea are pebbles and partly sandy. It has a separated swimming area and places offering natural shade. On the beach, there are showers, catering facilities and water equipment rental, e.g. pedal boats.
Dražica Beach - 1,4 km from the apartment- a large bay with a separate swimming area, guarded, having the Blue Flag designation, given to beaches that are distinguished by their quality. The coastline and sea bottom are pebbles, the water gradually becomes deep. There is a possibility to relax in the shade of trees. On the beach, there are catering facilities, a diving club and attractions on the water such as a slide, and a waterpark.
Biograd na Moru is one of those towns whose beaches are perfectly prepared and suitable for a safe stay even with the smallest children.
NEAREST RESTAURANTS, CAFE BARS AND GROCERIES
The nearest restaurant is 640m, the cafe bar is 740m and the grocery is 140m from the apartment.
The nearest gastronomic points are located by the sea, at the Soline Camp area. There are 2 restaurants, a few fast food bars, a coffee and drink bar and a bakery.
The nearest restaurant - Park Soline- is open from 8.00 to 24.00. Till 11.00 it offers a breakfast menu.
There are numerous restaurants, pubs and cafes located in the centre of Biograd.
Smaller groceries and markets are located in the centre of Biograd. Large supermarkets and a shopping mall are located at the main entrance to the town: Tommy Maximarket, Plodine, Bure Center - the shopping mall.

ARRIVAL DIRECTIONS
To get to our property, leave the A1 motorway at the Benkovac exit, head towards Biograd na Moru and when you reach the city continue following the direction to Camping Soline.
NOTE!
Small dogs on request. Arrival with a pet must be reported at the time of booking and accepted by the owner of the property.
The additional fee for a dog is 10 EUR per day.
