On an area of 120m², there is an air-conditioned living room with a dining area and fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an additional guest toilet.

The living room has a direct exit to the covered loggia with a set of garden furniture.

All three bedrooms are equipped with double beds, TVs and their own air conditioning units. One bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with a shower while the other two share one bathroom (shower) with an entrance from the hall.

The great advantage of this apartment is the large roof terrace which offers a beautiful panoramic view of the sea, nearby islands and village. This open-air, partly-shaded lounge area is designed for relaxation and spending time together. It includes a jacuzzi, outdoor shower, sunbathing beds, and barbeque.

BEACHES

Livi apartment is located less than 100m from the sea and about 350m from the large, well-known beach Dječji Raj.

Ideal beach for small children, where the coast is pebble (and partially paved with stone), the bottom is sandy and the waters are shallow. It is particularly suitable for playing games with balls, like 'picigin'. The beach is equipped with showers, changing cabins and toilets. There are beach chair and pedal boat rentals as well as Caffe bars.

Actually, the entire coast in this part of Sukošan is used for beaches. Most of them have a flat shore, which is- as well as the seabed- pebble and fine-grained here. The water gradually gets deep.

Zlatna Luka Beach - 1,4 km

Located at the entrance to Sukosan from Zadar. The beach is covered with pebbles and tamarisk and pine trees provide natural shade during the summer heat. There are showers, changing cabins and chemical toilets. On the beach, you can enjoy beach volleyball.

Makarska Beach - 2,4 km

The beach is partially paved and partially covered with pebbles, with plenty of natural shade of tamarisk. Nearby is a playground for volleyball, basketball court and bocce. Showers, changing cabins and chemical toilets are available.

D-Marin Beach -2,2 km

The newly-designed beach within D-Marin Dalmacija with accompanying content like a restaurant and an exclusive beach club. It is a pebble beach with luxury rest areas on the water.

NEAREST RESTAURANTS, CAFE BARS, AND GROCERIES

The nearest grocery and a restaurant are 600 m away from the apartment, a coffee bar is 400 m far. The best choice of gastronomic points, shops, and services can be found in the center of Sukošan, which is distanced about 800 m.

To reach our property, leave the A1 highway at the Zadar II (Zadar istok) exit and head towards Sukošan.
