Villa IRIS has ​​370 m² of living space which is divided into three floors.

The ground floor includes an air-conditioned living room connected to a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, one bathroom with a shower and a storeroom with laundry.

There is a direct exit to the sun terrace from the living room.

An internal staircase leads to the first floor, where there are 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a shower.

Bedroom 1 has one double bed, an air-conditioning unit, a sea view and a 10m² loggia-balcony which is common with Bedroom 2.

Bedroom 2 has one double bed, an air-conditioning unit, a sea view and a 10m² loggia-balcony which is common with Bedroom 1.

Bedroom 3 has one double bed, an air-conditioning unit, a ​​​​​​view of the surrounding countryside.

On the second floor of the villa, there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Bedroom 4 has one double bed, an air-conditioning unit, a sea view and a 10m² loggia-balcony which is common with Bedroom 5.

Bedroom 5 has one double bed, an air-conditioning unit, a private en-suite bathroom with a shower, a sea view and a 10m² loggia-balcony which is common with Bedroom 4.

The second bathroom on this floor is shared and equipped with a shower and infrared / Finnish sauna.

Two of the bedrooms in the villa have additional space to sleep. Each of them has one reclining sleeping chair for 1 person.

On the roof of the villa, there is a large (45m²) terrace with a panoramic sea view and a private jacuzzi.

A private, fenced area around the house is conceived as a sun terrace (16,3m²). Most of its area is covered with tiles to make it comfortable using a set of garden furniture and portable barbeque which are at the guests' disposal. There is also a private heated swimming pool (about 20m²) with an outside shower.

There are 2 private parking spaces in front of the building.

BEACHES

The nearest beach (Pliša) is 150m from the villa. It is a large bay with warm water, gentle descent to the sea and a sandy bottom. The shore is flat and sandy, partly with a concrete path.

Actually, the entire coast of the village is used for beaches. Privlaka is famous for its sandy coastline. The specificity of these beaches with shallow, rapidly warming waters means that you can take a bath here long before and after the main touristic season.

NEAREST RESTAURANTS, CAFE BARS AND GROCERIES

The nearest cafe bar is about 200 metres from the villa, a fast food bar 750m, a restaurant about 2km and a grocery about 600m away. Larger multi-branch market 3 km from the property.

To reach our property, exit the A1 motorway at the Zadar I exit (Zadar zapad) and head for Privlaka/Vir.

NOTE!

• Villa can accommodate a maximum of 12 persons. Every additional person over 8 is extra paid 20 EUR per day.
• The pet fee is 10 EUR per day for every animal. Arrival with a dog must be reported at the time of reservation!
• The baby cot fee is 5 EUR per day per cot.
• The high chair fee is 5 EUR per day per chair.
• There is NO Wi-Fi available in the villa.

Other payments that are obligatory:
