There is 245m2 of living space and 1000m2 of property plot including a garden, a swimming pool (32m2) with a sun terrace (6 sun loungers), a shaded seating area with a table and chairs and a pier.

The spacious ground floor is open-plan and features a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and a living room. On the ground floor, there is also one bedroom and a bathroom.

The villa has a total of four bedrooms, two with double beds and two with single beds (2 single beds each). Three of them are located on the first floor. Each has its own bathroom with shower and a set of towels.

All bedrooms have their own air conditioning, TV and bed linen. Baby cot is available on request.
