Built and finished in 2022, the apartment features an excellent location for summer relaxation and excursions.

The biggest advantages of the property are its quiet location by the azure Adriatic Sea, the private sun terrace overlooking the sea and a very elegant, modern interior with black and golden details.

Over 100m² of living space consists of a large air-conditioned living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and laundry room. Guests can enter a sunny terrace with a beautiful view of the sea directly from the living room.

Both bedrooms have large box-type double beds, air-conditioning units, flat-screen TVs, dressing tables with extra chairs and a very large wardrobe. The lighting can be selected according to preference - there are extra lamps for creating a romantic atmosphere.

One bedroom offers an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The other bathroom (shower) with an entrance from the hallway can be considered private for the guest from the second bedroom. Both are equipped with modern, large mirrors with an enhanced light function (ideal for make-up) and decorated with marble patterned tiles, leaving a touch of luxury.

The terrace of 28m² with a pergola is an excellent relaxation zone where you can read a book in the pleasant shade on a hot morning. There are sun loungers and a shower with fresh water. An outdoor dining area with a grill is a perfect place where you can prepare and consume your favourite meat or fish in the evening.

The terrace is surrounded by vegetation, flowers and bushes and has an exit that leads to the beach - less than 30 steps devices you from the sea.

In the front of the building, there are 2 private parking spaces for guests.
