Apartment WEST is located on the first floor of Crowonder Harbor Villa. It is 65 m2 and can comfortably accommodate six guests: in two bedrooms plus two people on the couch in the living room. The Villa is built in 2017 and tastefully furnished with attention to details, modern colors, functional and high standard accommodation.

The cozy colorful living room with kitchen consists of a double sofa bed, LCD TV, dining area with table and chairs, first class equipped modern kitchen with fridge, freezer, kettle, microwave, cutlery, dishwasher, plates, etc. There are also two bedrooms: first with double bed and second with two single beds. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. For breakfast or dinner, you can exit from your living room into the terrace equipped with garden furniture.
On a ground floor there is a utility room with a washing machine, clothes dryer and storage space for bicycles etc. Outside of the building there is an outdoor shower.
The location of villa will allow you to easily walk to all major points of tourist and historical interest that the city offers. Here you will find shops, book stores, wine bars and restaurants where you can taste the authentic Croatian lifestyle.
SPACE FOR CHILDREN
On the ground floor there is a special place for our youngest guests - children. We arranged for them a room full of toys, board games, colorful books etc.
SWIMMING POOL
On the south side, among the greenery of the olive grove, there is a modern swimming pool with comfortable sunbeds and umbrellas.
CROWONDER PRIORITIES
The most important for us is an our guest satisfaction. That is why we emphasize on cleanliness in the apartments, natural, pleasant to the touch materials, properly selected colors and interior arrangements. The villa has fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, parking for 3 cars and other amenities.
PLEASE NOTE: Crowonder Harbor Villa is rented in full (as an entire facility). Only in the period from April 4, 2020 to July 4, 2020, and from September 1, 2020, it is possible to rent individual apartments.
