The property is dominated by warm colours and natural materials such as wood. The original Dalmatian stone is partially left on the walls, so you can enjoy the Mediterranean atmosphere inside the house as well. On hot days, rooms can be shaded by closing shutters.

The ground floor features a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, connected to a dining area and a spacious living room with direct access to the patio. The main entrance to the house leads through a separate hallway with shoe cabinets and hangers.

In the air-conditioned living room, you can relax on the large sofa or watch TV.

On the first floor, connected to the ground floor by an internal staircase, there are two bedrooms and a fully equipped bathroom.

The master bedroom of approx. 16 m2 has one large double bed, a large wardrobe, a mirror, bedside tables and lamps. If necessary, it is possible to add one single bed and/or a baby cot.

The second bedroom of approx. 12 m2 is equipped with two single beds, a desk and a TV.

A set of bed linen and blankets are available in the bedrooms.

In the bathroom, finished in warm colors, with a large comfortable shower there is also a washing machine, a set of towels for each guest (2), basic toiletries and a hairdryer.

The property is fenced and has an intimate, atmospheric, beautifully lit patio. Here you can spend warm summer evenings enjoying delicious dinner or just a glass of wine. There is a large brick barbeque and a set of garden furniture under the shading pergola.

Holiday Home Mari is recommended for guests who wish to spend a quiet holiday in the property for their exclusive use, and at the same time want to take advantage of the local rich gastronomic and service offer, without having to move by car. Zadar's Puntamika in high season is bustling with life. Within walking distance of the house there are beaches, walking paths, yacht marina, as well as a shops, restaurants, cafes, bars. Most of these facilities are located by the sea, so you can enjoy a summer coffee or a drink while listening to the sound of the waves.
