CROWONDER Olive TM Apartments - Apartment A3 with Swimming Pool

Crowonder Olives Apartment A3 is located on the ground and first floor of the building and has 55 m2. It is suitable for a maximum of 4 people (2+2).

It consists of an air-conditioned living room connected to a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, 1 bedroom with double beds and 1 bathroom.

The air-conditioned bedroom has a private bathroom. It is possible to have a cot.

The living room is equipped with a large, fold-out sofa with a sleeping function for a maximum of 2 people (2 children or 1 adult). There are flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and all that you, your family, and your friends need during your stay.

There is a direct exit to an outdoor pool on an olive-shaded terrace which is a zone of peace and relaxation. It offers an extraordinary view of the sea, islands, and green olive groves that surround the villa from almost all sides. There is a set of balcony lounge furniture.

In the whole property, there is access to free WiFi, private parking, and the use of an outdoor grill.

The apartment is optimal for 3/4 people.
The pet fee is 60€ per stay. Arrival with a small dog must be reported at the time of reservation!

BEACHES

The nearest beach is 750 m from the apartments and it is called Jadro. In fact, the entire strip of coastline on the west coast of Vir is used for the beaches. The coast as well as the seabed is pebble or covered with small stones. The water gradually gets deep. There is a possibility to rent umbrellas and sunbeds.

Jadro Beach - the most popular beach on the island of Vir with gravel-concrete coast. Seabed covered with gravel and partial sand. The water gradually gets deep. There is a possibility to rent umbrellas and sunbeds. Showers and changing rooms are available. Diverse gastronomic infrastructure can be found by the beach as well as rent water equipment.

Miljkovic Beach. - 1,9 km from the apartments - is a part of a several-kilometer-long, wide coast intended for beaches and a seaside promenade. The shore and the area intended for sunbathing are covered with small stones and gravel. Concrete fragments appear locally. The descent into the sea is gentle, and the water gradually becomes deep. The bottom is partly sandy.

Sapavac Beach - ok 2 km from the apartments. The coast is rocky, sandy and earthy. Seabed covered with sand and healing mud. The water is warm and gradually gets deep. This beach offers you a natural shade of trees.

NEAREST RESTAURANTS, CAFE BARS, AND GROCERIES

The nearest café is 40m from the apartments, and the restaurant is 550 m. There is also a butcher's shop 180m away. A large multi-branch market is about 65m away from the property.

The apartment is located within walking distance to the city center which gives easy access to many gastronomic points and services.

ARRIVAL DIRECTIONS

To reach our property, exit the A1 motorway at the Zadar Centar exit (Zadar I) and head for Nin/Vir.
