Description

Villa Crystal with swimming pool and sea view is located in small village, near Zadar, Petrčane and is designed for up to 50 people. Villa has 8 seperated apartments with a beautiful sea view and private balconies. Around Villa there is a beautifull fenced garden with large swimming pool, a lot of green surface and a covered fireplace alongside large table perfect for chatting with a glass of wine.

Villa Crystal has 8 apartments spread over 3 floors. 1 apartment is categorized for 6 people, 4 apartments are categorized for maksimum of 7 people, 2 apartments are categorized for 4 people and one Deluxe two storey apartment is categorized for 8 people and contain galleries with beautiful panoramic views of the islands and nature.

As part of the apartment, guests are provided with the use of a large pool (50m2) and sunbathing area, which contains many sun loungers with the possibility of creating shade if desired, outdoor shower. Next to the pool there is a covered pergola under which you can relax with a book or have lunch with the family breathing the fresh sea air.

On the other side of the pool there is a space for children where children can play carefree because it is visible from the sunbathing area and the pool. There is a swing for children on the playground, the villa also offers bicycles available to guests.

Apartment A1 is designed for a maximum of 6 people, located on the ground floor of the Villa. It consists of two bedrooms, one room has a double bed (140x200), the other room has two single beds.
The living room, dining room and kitchen are located in one large room. The kitchen is fully equipped, next to it there is a table and chairs. In the living room, guests can watch TV, they can also go out on the private terrace where there is garden furniture and sunshade.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabine, and the washing machine is located in the laundry.
The apartment is air conditioned and also has satellite channels, Wi-Fi and free parking.

*Pets are allowed, with a surcharge of 10 Euro / day, the guest is obliged to announce the pet before arrival.

The nearest Punta Scala beach is about 90 m from the apartment. Its pebble one with a gentle descent to the sea. Along the coast, there are several more beaches, including a sandy beach. You can also visit the very good known beaches in nearby places.

Holiday Resort Zaton Beach - 8km, large bay ideal for children, swimming pools, aquapark and lot of other activities, entrance is about 280 HRK per person per day

Kraljičina plaža beach- 9km, large lagoon, sandy beach, shallow and warm water, entrance is free but there is a fee for parking
