CROWONDER Villa Sanja with Heated Swimming Pool

The residential part of the house with an area of 170m² has been divided into two floors - the living area located on the ground floor and the sleeping area located entirely on the first floor.

Ground floor

It includes an air-conditioned living room connected to a fully equipped kitchen and dining area (table and chairs for 6 people). Large, sliding balcony doors lead directly to the outside and provide plenty of natural light.

An additional toilet is available for guests' convenience.

First floor

The sleeping area of the house offers 3 air-conditioned rooms, each of which is equipped with one double bed and has an en-suite bathroom with shower. Two of the bedrooms have access to a shared loggia, and one to its own balcony.

The fenced area around the house that guests can use includes a swimming pool area (private heated pool - 21m2, outdoor shower, sun terrace, sun loungers, and umbrellas), a covered terrace with table and chairs (outdoor dining room) connected by a balcony door to the living room and kitchen, and a large brick barbecue with a sink and a plate for preparing food.

An additional attraction for guests has been prepared in the garage - it has been adapted to perform entertainment and recreational functions. There is a mini gym, a children's corner, table football, and darts.

Private parking spaces are available in the front of the house.

BEACHES

Most beaches in Zaton are sandy.

Beach Pliša - about 1,3km from the villa. Beach with a slight entrance to the sea and a sandy bottom. There is a cafe bar and kid's playground.

Beach Zaton - about 2 km from the villa - a sandy beach with a shallow sea.

Beach Jaz - about 2 km - sandy beach with concrete slabs with a shallow sea.

Beach Punta - ok. 2,2 km -gravel beach with a descent entrance to the sea.

Nin's Lagun - about 4 km - the most famous in the area - extensive beaches and sandbanks, gentle descent into the sea, flat waterfront, shallow water in a large area, excellent and safe for small children. The two main beaches of the lagoon are Kraljičina beach and Ždrijac. There is a parking lot and a café at both of them. You can use the equipment rental and kitesurfing school.

NEAREST RESTAURANTS, CAFE BARS, AND GROCERIES

The nearest grocery is 500m from the villa, a restaurant is 600m and a cafe bar is about 300m. 400m from the property there is a bistro and a fish shop.

To reach our property, exit the A1 motorway at the Zadar Centar exit (Zadar zapad) and head for Zaton.
