The residential part of the house with an area of 200m² is divided into two floors.

Ground floor

There is a spacious, air-conditioned living room connected to a fully equipped kitchen and dining area with a table and 8 chairs.

Large sliding glass door connects the open-plan ground floor area with the sun terrace, jacuzzi and heated swimming pool.

Bedroom 1 - equipped with a double bed, air-conditioned.

One shared bathroom with a shower is also available.

Half floor

Bedroom 2 - equipped with a double bed.

First floor

The sleeping area of the house offers 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms.

Bedroom 3 - equipped with a double bed, air-conditioned, a private en-suite bathroom with a bath tub.

Bedroom 4 - equipped with a double bed, air-conditioned.

Both bedrooms have a direct acces to a common terrace with a set of lounge balcony furniture.

Bedroom 4 and Bedroom 2 share one bathroom with a shower.

The fenced area around the house that guests can use includes a swimming pool area (private heated pool - 49m², outdoor shower, sun terrace, sun loungers, and umbrellas), a terrace with table and chairs (outdoor dining room) connected by a balcony door to the living room and kitchen, and a gas grill for preparing food.

An amazing surprise for guests is prepared in the garage which was adapted to perform entertainment and recreational functions. There is a mini gym, a children's corner, table football, billiards and a ping pong table.

An additional toilet in the playroom is available for guests' convenience.

Private parking spaces are available in the front of the villa.

BEACHES

The nearest sea beaches are located in Baška Voda and Promajna and are a part of famous Makarska Riviera. Guests can aslo take a swim in a beautifull Modro Jezero (Blue Lake), but the availability of this attraction depends on the water level, during long-term droughts the lake may temporarily dry out.

Modro jezero (Blue Lake) is a stunning karst lake located near Imotski, Croatia. It lies in a deep sinkhole, surrounded by rocky cliffs, and its water level varies throughout the year. In spring, the lake can be very deep, while in late summer, it often dries up completely, revealing a rocky basin. It's a popular spot for hiking, swimming, and sightseeing due to its natural beauty and unique geological features.

Baška voda- is aproximately 33 km away from Donji Vinjani. The town offers beutiful pebble beaches with clear blue waters, perfect for swimming and sunbathing. The beaches are well-equipped with amenities such as bars, restaurants and sunbeds.
