This comfortable flat of 80 m2 consists of an air-conditioned living room connected to a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, 2 bedrooms with double beds, and 2 bathrooms.

Daily area is located on the ground floor and sleeping zone on the first floor.

The living room is equipped with a fold-out sofa with an additional sleeping place for 1 person. This room has a direct exit to a swimming pool area.

Each bedroom has a private en-suite bathroom with a shower and its own air conditioning unit.

BEACHES

The nearest beach is 750 m from the apartments and it is called Jadro. In fact, the entire strip of coastline on the west coast of Vir is used for the beaches. The coast as well as the seabed is pebble or covered with small stones. The water gradually gets deep. There is a possibility to rent umbrellas and sunbeds.

Miljkovic Beach. - 1,9 km from the apartments - is a part of a several-kilometer-long, wide coast intended for beaches and a seaside promenade. The shore and the area intended for sunbathing are covered with small stones and gravel. Concrete fragments appear locally. The descent into the sea is gentle, and the water gradually becomes deep. The bottom is partly sandy.

Sapavac Beach - ok 2 km from the apartments. The coast is rocky, sandy and earthy. Seabed covered with sand and healing mud. The water is warm and gradually gets deep. This beach offers you a natural shade of trees.

NEAREST RESTAURANTS, CAFE BARS, AND GROCERIES

The nearest café is 40m from the apartments, and the restaurant is 550 m. There is also a butcher's shop 180m away. A large multi-branch market is about 65m away from the property.

The apartment is located within walking distance to the city center which gives easy access to many gastronomic points and services.

To reach our property, exit the A1 motorway at the Zadar Centar exit (Zadar I) and head for Nin/Vir.
