This comfortable apartment is located on the second floor of the building, has 110 m2 of space and consists of two bedrooms (both with double beds), an air-conditioned living room with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, and a bathroom (2 sinks) with shower and washing machine.

The living room opens directly onto a large, partially shaded terrace with a private jacuzzi. On the terrace, there are sun loungers and a set of garden lounge furniture.

BEACHES
Mostly all of the coast from Sveti Petar, through Turanj, Sveti Filip and Jakov till Biograd na moru is used for beaches, which are ideal for children due to the flat coastline and gentle descent to the sea. The shore as well as the bottom of the sea is covered by a pebble or small stones. The water gradually becomes deep. The nearest such beach is located only 230m from the property. You have to cross the Jadranska Magistrala road to get to the beach, then continue by a small local street.

ARRIVAL DIRECTIONS
To reach our property, exit the A1 motorway at the Zadar II exit (Zadar istok), reach the city of Zadar, then turn left and head Jadranska Magistrala road for Biograd na moru.
