Apartment A5 located on the second floor, overlooking the sea, is suitable for up to 8 people.
Located on the second floor, apartment A5, with an area of 73m² consists of an air-conditioned living room with a sofa bed for 2 people connected with a fully equipped kitchen, 3 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a shower and a guest toilet.
The living room has a direct exit to a sea-view balcony with a set of garden seating furniture. In the open space of the living room, there is also a dining area with a large table and chairs.
Each bedroom has its air-conditioning unit. Two are furnished with double beds, while the third has a bunk bed.

Outside the building, there is a relaxation area shared by all 6 apartments. It includes garden lounge furniture, a mini playground for children and a dining area with a brick barbeque.

The nearest beach, Pantadura, is only 180m away from the apartment building and can be reached by a gravel road with no traffic. This beach is long and natural. The coast and seabed are pebble and fine-grained. The water gradually gets deep.
Pedinka beach is 850m away from the apartments. It is the most popular beach in this part of the island Vir. The coast is gravel, stone, and concrete. The seabed is covered with gravel and sand. The water gradually gets deep. Pine forest shade is possible.

The nearest small shop/bakery is 500m from the apartments, a cafe bar 800m and a restaurant 2,6km away. The best choice of gastronomic points, shops and services can be found in the centre of Vir, distanced about 4,5km.

To reach our property, exit the A1 motorway at the Zadar I exit (Zadar zapad) and head for Nin/Vir.
