Sun&Fun Apartments are situated in Bibinje. The house can accommodate 24 people in three separate units and offers a swimming pool. Its optimal location allows you peaceful relaxation and easy access to different services in the centre of a village.
Apartment Sunny Morning is located on the first floor, has 3 bedrooms and is suitable for up to 10 people.
This spacious apartment of 120m2 consists of a living room with a dining area and fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The living room has a comfortable TV zone with a large sofa and a direct exit to the covered terrace with a swimming pool view. A set of garden furniture is available on the terrace.
Two bedrooms are family type, each equipped with one double bed and one bunk bed. The third bedroom has only a double bed. Sleeping rooms share two bathrooms with showers.

The property has a spacious, fenced outdoor area and its great advantage is a large swimming pool surrounded by a sun deck with sun loungers and umbrellas.

The nearest beach is less than about 500 meters from the house and it is pebble with a gentle descent to the sea.
Punta Rožica - 800m far has a pebble / small stones coast and seabed. The water gradually gets deep. You can find shadows under sun umbrellas. Some parts of Punta Rožica are concrete sun platforms and this beach is equipped with WC, showers and changing cabins. There are bars and restaurants nearby.
Punta beach - 1,5 km - the coast as well as the seabed is pebble or covered with small stones. The water gradually gets deep. You can find shadows under sun umbrellas. There are volleyball playgrounds, a small kids' playground, a waterpark on the sea, a jet ski rental and some gastronomic objects.

To reach our property, exit the A1 motorway at the Zadar II exit (Zadar istok) and head for Zadar/Bibinje.
