Its beachfront location guarantees a beautiful view of the sea and the nearby islands as well as gives you the opportunity to listen to the sound of the waves from your own balcony.

The apartment is located on the first floor, has 43 m2 and consists of three rooms.

The air-conditioned living room with a fully equipped kitchen and dining table opens onto a spacious balcony with a set of garden furniture and a sea view. There is a sofa bed for two in the living room.

The comfortable bedroom equipped with one double bed is located on the backside of the building. A bathroom with a shower is right next to the bedroom. Bedroom cooling comes from an air-conditioning unit in the living room.

The nearest beach called Punta is only 20m from the apartments. The coast as well as the seabed is pebble or covered with small stones. The water gradually gets deep. To reach our property, exit the A1 motorway at the Zadar II exit (Zadar istok) and head for Zadar/Bibinje.
