There is a sporting event that unites the whole world. Despite the kilometers that divide people, it can unite, motivate to achieve a common goal and make everyone start the race for a better life for others at the same time.

What is the Wings for Life World Run?
It is a global, charity run, from which the funds collected during the registration of participants are 100% donated to the treatment of spinal cord injuries. The slogan that accompanies everyone involved in this extraordinary campaign is "Run for those who can't".
There is no finish line here, there is no specific number of kilometers that you have to run. What your result will be depends only on you and... the car. Your race ends when a virtual or real interceptor vehicle catches up with you. It sets off 30 minutes after the start and slowly increases its speed. You win as long as you are ahead of it. If it overtakes you - your race has officially finished.

Participants all over the world start on the first Sunday of May, exactly at 11:00 UTC, which means 13:00 Croatian time. The whole event ends when the last person IN THE WORLD is overtaken by the "Catcher Car". It can be a runner from any country on the globe. Maybe this year it will be you, in our local Zadar Wings For Life 2025?

There are 7 official locations - Poznań, Vienna, Munich, Ljubljana, Breda, Zug, but of course we are most interested in Zadar. In these places, a real car assists, often driven by a popular star.
People who do not have the opportunity to appear in one of these cities can set an individual route or join others in their town. In this case, everything is based on the application, the role of the interceptor vehicle is taken over by a virtual car, and the driver is voiced by famous figures from the world of show business. We are informed about the end of the race by a notification from the phone.
Who can take part in the race?
Everyone who feels up to it. It can be able-bodied people – beginners or advanced, amateurs, professional or competitive runners. It can be those in wheelchairs. Anyone who just wants to spread goodness. You can also contribute remotely – just buy and give a voucher to someone close as a gift or make a donation on the official website of the foundation.

Soon, on May 4, 2025, we will be able to meet in the center of Zadar, at the old port and run together for all those who can't! We start at 1:00 p.m.
Zadar is the only official location whose route runs along the seaside. This means that participants can admire beautiful views and breathe in the soothing breeze the entire time. Another huge plus is the weather, which at this time of year in Croatia is often much nicer than in Poland.

The entry fee is 38 euros per person. The race in the official cities sells out incredibly quickly, so we encourage you to sign up as soon as possible. You can do this via the official race website or via the app.
And now what is most important on this day - good fun. Every year, Wings for Life World Run is primarily about smiling, friendly people. Everyone shows up at the starting line that day in a good mood, which does not leave them until the very end. Zadar turns into a sea of cheerful, joyful people who spend carefree moments achieving a common, noble goal.

A cozy, well-equipped apartment located near the beach in the Zadar district of Diklo. The accommodation is intended for a maximum of 4 people. It has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and a balcony with a sea view.
This is a beautiful Villa, located in Zadar, in the Diklo district. It is suitable for 11 people. It has 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and its best features are: a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, sun loungers and a games room with billiards, table football and darts.
Villa Nika is located near Villa Adriana, so both properties are recommended for groups of families or friends. It is designed for 10 people. It has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
