The stone villa is located in a quiet place, which is a great advantage for guests who would like to maintain comfort and a bit of privacy during the long-awaited rest.

The property consists of 2 floors with a total living area of ​​150 m, a large terrace with a private swimming pool (35 m2) and a balcony upstairs, where you can relax in the fresh air in an intimate atmosphere.

The ground floor of the house is arranged as a common way of spending time - a spacious kitchen with a dining area (table and chairs) extends to the living room, where you will find a sofa, fireplace and a flat-screen TV and leads directly to the patio door.

A wooden table with benches in a specific, homely atmosphere is available to guests on the covered terrace. In this shaded corner you can eat, and in the evening sit down romantically with a glass of wine or feast.

On this floor of the house there is also a bedroom with a large double bed and a bathroom with a shower cabin.

On the first floor of the villa there are 2 more bedrooms, one of them is equipped with a double bed and the other with sofa(children's room).

In this part of the building there is also the possibility of spending time on the balcony - its sunny zone allows both to relax (reading a book on a deckchair) and to celebrate the morning croissant (covered terrace with a set of garden furniture).

On this floor there is the office place including monitor and keyboard.

The villa is fully equipped, from the kitchen to the yard, air-conditioned, has internet, TV channels, lounge and garden furniture, a professional barbecue area, deck chairs and fenced.

One of the undoubted attractions is the possibility of spending time outdoors. The area of ​​the villa is completely fenced and additionally located in a less frequented street. Children can play in front of the house without fear, a swing is an additional attraction for the youngest. The swimming pool is located very close to the terrace, it is also visible from the kitchen, so parents can look after their children without fear.

The closest beach is approx. 500 m away from the villa, while one of the most famous and most beautiful sandy beaches in the region (Krajličina) in the village of NIN is about 4 km.
