By choosing this villa, you will guarantee your holiday companions no boredom during their vacation. Located in a quiet place, surrounded by greenery, close to the beach, the 4-story villa is an ideal choice for a holiday for 1 larger family or 2 families with children. A significant part of the house's area (both floors and the basement) was intended for entertainment.

Apart from the swimming pool and jacuzzi, the terrace also includes a barbecue area on warm summer evenings. Most importantly for families with children - it is fully fenced. Additionally, on the ground floor, there is a summer kitchen with a stone grill. A cozy terrace surrounded by greenery on the property will make you feel at home!

Basement
In the underground part of the building, there is a place for fun - a room with table tennis.

Ground floor
The ground floor includes a spacious kitchen with a dining room and access to the terrace. Full equipment is available to guests, including a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. This room also has a dining room - a large family table with chairs, a comfortable fold-out sofa with an additional sleeping function, and a practical exit to the terrace with a swimming pool.
On the same level, there are also 2 spacious bedrooms with double beds and a closed summer kitchen with a brick grill. Each bedroom has its own air conditioning and TV, and there is also a bathroom with a shower and an additional guest toilet.

First floor
The central part of the house was planned to be a place for active entertainment with family or a group of friends after a day full of excitement on the beach and by the pool. On this floor, there is a living room with a billiards table, a large, comfortable corner sofa, and a TV with a PlayStation.
The second part of the same large room is a mini bar with a fridge for drinks and another dose of entertainment - a foosball table, darts, and access to the viewing balcony. Comfortable lounge furniture encourages you to spend a few moments here during the day or a romantic evening with your partner - looking at the sunset and the sea.
On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms, two of which have double beds for guests, and one is a bedroom with 2 separate beds. Each bedroom has its air conditioning unit. One of the bedrooms has access to its balcony, a dressing table, and a safe. Guests on this floor have 2 bathrooms at their disposal, one of them has a bathtub with a rain shower and a shower glass, and the other is equipped with a shower cabin.

Second floor
This level includes, among others, a gym room - there is a treadmill, strength equipment, and an exercise bike, as well as space for performing lunges or other exercises, e.g. aerobic.
The second part of the floor is equipped with a dry sauna, a bathroom with a shower cabin, and a relaxation room with TV, pouf armchairs, and access to another viewing balcony.
The facility also includes free parking spaces and a trampoline for children.

Practically the entire coast of Sveti Filip and Jakov is used for beaches, which are ideal for children due to the flat coastline and gentle descent to the sea. The shore as well as the bottom of the sea is covered by a pebble or small stones. The water gradually becomes deep.

Most of them offer water parks, water equipment rentals, various restaurants, ice cream parlors, and cafes where you can try local delicacies such as grilled fish dishes or lavender ice cream.

The nearest beach is 600m from the house.
