Description
The Reiterer villas complex is a property divided into 3 independent segments-villas, located beachfront in a peaceful part of Privlaka.
Villa V1 has 3 bedrooms and is suitable for up to 8 people.
Villa Reiterer V1 is the first two-level segment with an area of 87 m2, located on the side of the building.
The ground floor includes an entrance hall, an air-conditioned living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, connected to a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a bathroom with a shower and a guest toilet.
There is a direct exit to the garden from the living room. One part of the garden is a covered tile-floor terrace, and the remaining surface is lined with artificial grass. A private jacuzzi, a set of garden furniture and sun loungers are at the guests' disposal. Here you can enjoy views of the sea and the beach. Entrance to the garden is also possible directly from the parking lot.
An internal staircase leads to the first floor, where there are 3 air-conditioned double bedrooms (2 with double beds and 1 with two single beds), and one bathroom with a shower. One of the double bedrooms and the one with single beds have an exit to the balcony overlooking the sea. The other double bedroom is located at the front of the building, it does not have a balcony and offers a view of the surrounding area.

BEACHES
The nearest beach is 30 meters from the property in a straight line. It is a large bay with warm water, gentle descent to the sea and a sandy bottom. The shore is flat, partly with a concrete path and locally with sand.
Actually, the entire coast of the village is used for beaches. Privlaka is famous for its sandy coastline. The specificity of these beaches with shallow, rapidly warming waters means that you can take a bath here long before and after the main touristic season.
NEAREST RESTAURANTS, CAFE BARS AND GROCERIES
The nearest restaurant is about 300 meters away and it can be reached by a beautiful, panoramic path along the sea. The cafe bar is about 400 metres away, as well as two smaller shops. Larger multi-branch market 1km from the property.

ARRIVAL DIRECTIONS
To reach our property, exit the A1 motorway at the Zadar I exit (Zadar zapad) and head for Privlaka/Vir.
