Ground floor

The main living area is bright and airy, featuring an air-conditioned living room seamlessly connected to a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. A bathroom with a shower is also available on this level.

Large glass doors lead to a covered terrace and garden, creating a perfect indoor-outdoor flow.

First floor

The first floor is a sleeping area with 3 bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has direct access to a bathroom with a shower, while the other two share a common bathroom with a shower. Two of them are equipped with double beds and one offers two single beds.

Twin bedroom offers a balcony.

On the second floor, you’ll find a spacious 55 m² rooftop terrace with a beautiful sea view – the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, a refreshing drink, or a beautiful sunset.

The property is fully fenced, ensuring privacy and safety, especially for families with children. The garden includes a covered terrace with a dining table for six, a sun deck with loungers, and a private swimming pool with an outdoor shower.

There is also a roofed summer kitchen with a brick grill and dining area, perfect for outdoor cooking even on rainy days. Guests can enjoy meals while keeping an eye on the children playing in the garden or swimming in the pool.

In front of the house, there are three fenced parking spaces for guests.

BEACHES

Pliša beach - 1 km. This sandy beach in the shade of pine trees is ideal for families with children, equipped with all the necessary facilities: parasols and deck chairs, showers, changing rooms. On the beach guests will find beach bar and children’s playground and near the beach there is a big parking lot.

Kraljičina plaža (Queens beach) - 5,6 km. The most famous, 3 km long, sandy beach in Zadar region. Little children love it- the lagune is huge ang has shellow, warm waters with sandy bottom. There is also a zone with medical mud. There is a beach bar, toilets and parking.

Ždrijac beach - 6,5 km. It is a part of Nin's sandy lagune that can be compared to a large bay with warm water and gentle descent to the sea. There is a kiteboard centre, a beach bar, toilets and parking.

Bilotinjak beach - 7,2 km. A natural beach which is located norther-west from the village. It is characterized by fine sand and clear water. Beach is sandy and shallow, ideal for children and non-swimmers. It is protected by several meters high sandy hill. It is hidden so visitors can fully enjoy the natural surroundings.

NEAREST RESTAURANTS, CAFE BARS, AND GROCERIES

The nearest grocery is 1,4 km from the house. A restaurant is 1,8 km and coffee bar- beach bar is about 850m far. Large multi-sector supermarkets are located in nearby Nin, 4 km from the property.

ARRIVAL DIRECTIONS

To reach our property, exit the A1 motorway at the Zadar Centar exit (Zadar zapad) and head for Zaton.
