105m2 of well equipped living space is divided into three floors.

Ground floor

Here is the main daily part of the house which offers a spacious air-conditioned living room, a dining area with a large table and chairs, as well as a semi separate, fully equipped kitchen.

The living room has a direct exit to a terrace overlooking a garden and the sea. A dining area has a direct exit to a side balcony. Both outside areas have sets of garden furniture.

There is one bathroom with a shower and a washing machine on the ground floor.

First floor

This floor is a sleeping area with two rooms.

Bedroom 1 - equipped with a double bed. Guest sleeping in this room can use a bathroom on the ground floor.

Bedroom 2 - equipped with a double bed, air-conditioning, a balcony with a seaview and private en-suite bathroom with shower.

Second floor

This floor is a separate mini apartment that consists of an air-conditioned room with kitchenette and dining table, one bedroom and one bathroom with a shower.

Bedroom 3 - equipped with one double bed, one sigle bed and a balcony with a seaview.

Outdoor space for guests is a large garden with a shower and sun loungers that reaches the beach.

There is no barbeque available!

There is also a parking lot for two cars.

BEACHES

The house is located at the beach. To reach the sea is is enough to cross the garden. Guests can rest and have suntun on private lounger in the garden and go swimming whenever they wish. The beach by the house is pebbly, with a gentle descent to the sea. The water gradually becomes deep. There are trees growing here, in the shade of which you can hide during the heat.

There are other interesting beaches in the Zaton area.

Pliša beach - 800m. This sandy beach in the shade of pine trees is ideal for families with children, equipped with all the necessary facilities: parasols and deck chairs, showers, changing rooms. On the beach guests will find beach bar and children’s playground and near the beach there is a big parking lot.

Kraljičina plaža (Queens beach) - 5,5 km. The most famous, 3km long, sandy beach in Zadar region. Little children love it- the lagune is huge ang has shellow, warm waters with sandy bottom. There is also a zone with medical mud. There is a beach bar, toilets and parking.

Ždrijac beach - 6,3 km. It is a part of Nin's sandy lagune that can be compared to a large bay with warm water and gentle descent to the sea. There is a kiteboard centre, a beach bar, toilets and parking.

Bilotinjak beach - 6,8 km. A natural beach which is located norther-west from the village. It is characterized by fine sand and clear water. Beach is sandy and shallow, ideal for children and non-swimmers. It is protected by several meters high sandy hill. It is hidden so visitors can fully enjoy the natural surroundings.

NEAREST RESTAURANTS, CAFE BARS, AND GROCERIES

The nearest grocery is 1,4 km from the house. A restaurant is 1,8 km and coffee bar- beach bar is about 850m far. Large multi-sector supermarkets are located in nearby Nin, 4 km from the property.

ARRIVAL DIRECTIONS

To reach our property, exit the A1 motorway at the Zadar Centar exit (Zadar zapad) and head for Zaton.
