Our new, modern and well-furnished property with a 32m2 heated swimming pool, spacious sauna, and jacuzzi on a huge rooftop provides an incredible vacation experience for your family, and your friends. The property was created to spend time comfortably. Guests have plenty of space to relax in the sun as well as in the shade. Solid, modern garden furniture such as deckchairs, small tables with chairs, sunshades, garden sofas, garden armchairs, and more are at the guests' disposal as well as water toys for the youngest.

Ground floor

On this floor, there is a spacious, air-conditioned, elegant living room with a fireplace, and a large TV, from which you can see the swimming pool and the yard. This is a good solution for families with children because parents can watch the youngest. There is a fully equipped, modern kitchen with the best quality kitchenware, a large kitchen table for preparing meals, and a large dining table with 8 chairs. On this floor, there is a spacious sauna for 6 people, with a toilet and shower and direct access to the garden with a swimming pool. There is also a utility room with a washing machine and dryer.

First floor

The property has 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and Italian showers. In each bedroom, there are wardrobes, nightstands, TV. Two bedrooms have private terraces with a beautiful view of a pool and green surroundings. Each bedroom is air-conditioned.

Second floor

On the top floor, you can enjoy beautiful views of the green surroundings. There is a high-quality jacuzzi, as well as garden furniture for relaxation. Part of the terrace is shaded by a pergola.

For the comfort of our guests, blackout blinds and mosquito nets are installed throughout the house.

The entire property is enclosed by a fence, which is particularly beneficial for families on vacation with children. It is also surrounded by lush greenery, which creates a serene and natural atmosphere. Next to the pool and outdoor shower, there is an outdoor dining area as well as an outdoor relaxation area. Guests can use the outdoor kitchen and barbecue.

In front of the villa, there are 4 parking spaces available for guests, providing convenient and secure parking options. The property is monitored.

Dogs allowed on request. Accommodation with dogs is only possible with written confirmation from the agency!

The fee is 15 euros per day for smaller dogs (up to 7 kg)
The fee is 30 euros per day for medium-sized dogs (from 7 kg to 15 kg).

Larger dogs are not allowed!

Most beaches in Zaton are sandy.

Plaža Pliša - about 400 m from the villa. Beach with a slight entrance to the sea and a sandy bottom.

Plaža Punta - a gravel beach located about 1km from the villa.

Plaža Zaton - a sandy beach located about 1km from the villa with a shallow sea.

Plaža Jaz - a sandy beach with concrete slabs located about 1km from the villa with a shallow sea.

The location of the villa is very convenient. Near the object, there are bakeries, groceries, restaurants and bars.

The nearest grocery is 350m from the villa; the restaurant and coffee bar are about 600m.

To reach our property, exit the A1 motorway at the Zadar Centar exit (Zadar zapad) and head for Zaton.
