The living room offers a place to relax (coffee table, lounge furniture, fireplace) and has a direct exit to the pool backyard with a shaded lounge terrace.

First floor
The first floor is the sleeping area of the house. There are 4 bedrooms with 4 private bathrooms. All bedrooms have their own air conditioning and balcony. One balcony (25 m² ) is shared by 3 bedrooms and offers a sea view, while the fourth bedroom has its own balcony (3m²).

The closest beach is about 150m from the villa. Most of its surface is concrete tanning platforms, with a few steps entering the water. There is also a children's area, where the quay is sprinkled with gravel and has a gentle descent to the sea. The water gradually becomes deep. There is a coffee/drink bar by the beach as well as a restaurant.

Actually, the entire coast of Sv. Petar na Moru is accessible for lovers of swimming in the sea, so you can find places beyond the main beach to enjoy sunbathing.

To get to our property, leave the A1 highway at the Zadar II exit, and after reaching the city of Zadar, follow the coastal road Jadanska magistrala to the south - direction: Biograd na moru.
